Mr. Kuchhal founded RVS in 1994 with a vision of creating a consulting-driven by group of finance professionals with focus on delivering full-service financial solutions to the Indian Industry. He led the growth of RVS Group from its signature offering - Trade Finance to its present form as an integrated Corporate Finance Consultancy company - providing Trade Finance, Debt Syndication and Equity services duly supported by strategic consulting. In last 15 years, Mr Kuchhal has turned his focus on strategic consulting & fund raising via debt route.

Ms. Shruti Kuchhal is a graduate in commerce and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Currently, she is practicing as a Chartered Accountant with a rich experience of more than ten years in the field of financial advisory, assurance and taxation (domestic and international). She is also a certified professional in forensic audit and fraud detection from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Her area of interest includes GST consultancy and compliances along with GST audits and GST refunds. She has advised clients in the matters pertaining to income tax and GST litigation. She has also honed her experience in Corporate Finance functioning, and also created a team of professionals. She has also a Certified Forensic Auditor 

Mr. Aayush Kuchhal is a graduate in law with a specialization in corporate laws and white collar crimes. Besides this, his area of interest includes civil and criminal litigation. As a part of his legal journey, he has worked with various advocates belonging to different fields of law. While looking into different categories of law, he has a colossal experience of insolvency and bankruptcy matters, income tax matters, cheque bounce and recovery litigation. While working with different law firms, he has also gained sound experience in advising foreign clients relating to custom matters about import/export regulations under foreign trade policy and implementation procedures for availing benefits.
